Why Are some Nigerians so Wicked?
Interestingly enough, I love my country and the people. We are so full of life and embrace our identity with such pride. Check out Isaiah Ogunsanya the new UTC champion. He was spilling some Yoruba in the world stage and making us proud. His twitter handle is @stylebender. Look at Chidinma Ngozi Adichie..a world-renowned author making taking the Nigerian identity to higher heights. Some of you are making an impact in your lives and community. My challenge is this; why are some Nigerians so wicked?
The Story behind my Frustration
A mechanic is serving my car and flags to me that another mechanic chopped a fan to fit into the vehicle. As I was driving to an important meeting, the car was experiencing overheating. I noticed it and stopped right away to put water. Luckily, I was close to the venue so I went to the meeting as the car cooled. On my way home, I stopped again at a well-lit filling station to put water in the car. A good-Samaritan mechanic connected the fan connected to the AC in order for the vehicle to take me home. Not all Nigerians are bad…a man warned me not to put water in my car while hot, and a mechanic helped me get my car home. But why are some Nigerians so wicked?
If I didn’t understand the dashboard of my car and my engine knocked what would happen? What if the car got caught on fire? The wickedness would know no bounds!!! My pastor told me not to curse so I bless the mechanic that patched my car just to make a few naira and kobo. God bless him and his whole generation in Jesus Name!!!
So, tell me good Nigerians…Why are SOME Nigerians so wicked? Tell me your experience in the comments…this would be an interesting conversation.
